In these pastry shop, you can find sealed packages of small gluten-free cupcakes “big one bite”.
They also have some gluten-free macaroons but are kept in the same counter as the gluten-free cupcakes, not close by, but still, there can be a risk of cross-contamination. Cupcakes are very good, in many delicious flavors.

Small bakeries with a good choice of cakes and bread. Especially take-away, but they have also a counter where you can eat your cakes accompanied by coffee or tea. Cakes are good, while coffee and tea definitely not 😊 Lactose-free options.

Very nice place with various sweets: cakes, biscuits, cupcakes, eclairs and many other types.
We had breakfast with cappuccinos, a biscuit and two slices of cake, all good. They also have a menu with savory dishes for brunch and lunch.
Bareburger

Fast-food chain with hamburgers, sandwiches, and sundaes also in a gluten-free version. Make your own sandwich with meat, vegetables, cheese, and sauces. You can also have gluten-free French fries (fried in a dedicated fryer).
The burgers we took were really good, both as bread and as a filling.

In New York you can find several venues of this chain: we have been in the one at Chelsea Market. Hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and much more are also gluten-free. The hamburger with fried chicken and chips was great. Gluten-free dishes are marked with a “gluten-free” flag.

A completely gluten-free restaurant where you can enjoy excellent gluten-free bagels, even takeaway.
In addition, they have many dishes for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, including various cakes and biscuits. We took some latke tots, a bagel with salmon and bread with salmon pastrami (in photo), all really great.
pizzArte
Typology: Pizzeria

Address: 69 W 55th St, New York City (NY) 10010
More details: https://en.viveresenzaglutine.com/strutture/us-new-york-city-ny-pizzarte/
Gluten-free pizza and beer. Very nice pizzeria owned by two Italian boys, who have lived in the United States for many years. The pizza, which is brought to the table marked with a flag, is excellent and very light. The dough is made in advance of the gluten dough and then is baked in the same oven with the gluten pizzas, in a baking pan that keeps it separate from the others.
Senza Gluten
Typology: 100% gluten-free | Restaurant

***DEFINITELY CLOSED***
Excellent restaurant completely gluten-free and with lactose-free options. The restaurant is very nice, with tables also outside. Everything is homemade including bread (served with excellent olive oil as an appetizer) and pasta. We took gnocchi and two desserts, all really good.
Grom
Typology: Ice cream shop

Address: various ice cream shops of this chain. You can find all Grom ice cream shops in New York City on Glusearch
More details: https://en.viveresenzaglutine.com/strutture/us-new-york-ny-grom-columbus/
Chain of Italian gelato shops completely gluten-free. Their ice cream is great and they also sell biscuits, hot chocolate, and other sweets, always all gluten-free.
We stayed in one of their ice cream shops just outside Central Park, we had two ice creams with chocolate and hazelnut grains covered cones, delicious!
