Gluten-free Nutella brownies

An easy recipe, soft and tasty, perfect for breakfast or snack with a glass of cold milk.

Gluten-free Nutella brownies

Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 10-12 brownies:

200 g of Nutella

200 g of cream for sweets

3 eggs

125 g of sugar

180 g of gluten-free flour mix (I used the BiAglut flour)

8 g of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

powdered sugar for finishing

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes, then add the sugar and beat again for 8-10 minutes.

Add Nutella and continue whipping until a homogeneous cream.

Add the cream and beat again. Add the sifted flour with the yeast, stir for a few more minutes with electric whisks.

Pour about 2/3 of the mixture into a square or rectangular baking tray.

With a teaspoon, drizzle a little nutella in crossed lines and cover with the remaining dough.

Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

When the cake is cold cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
